The selection of the tools has to be done with care and effor ts to gather the correct information. Some of the methods that are included in the process are critical questions, gap analysis, product market matrix, and others (Baumgartne et al., 2005). However one of the most important factors is the critical question analysis, which helps in evaluating the impact of the decision that has been taken by the management. In this process, the critical questions related to the production process decided to be followed by the company has to be analysed. In this process the below mentioned questions are analysed 1. Macbeth Fear And Conscience Essays - Characters In Macbeth
Macbeth Fear And Conscience (1) Profr. Federico Pat n November, 1997 From the first time Macbeth appears with the witches and Banquo, the reader could notice a kind of tension in the scene. The three witches anticipate Macbeth's future and he seems to be anxious of what is going to happen with the prophecies. But why is he so anxious to confirm the witches' words, especially the third prophecy which proclaims him king? I presume that it is because that idea was already in his mind. His ambition and the idea of becoming the king of Scotland would lead him to his first crime, murdering Duncan. But Macbeth fears. He is afraid of what he might do. Murdering Duncan, he shall be king and will fulfill his deepest desires: "Stars, hide your fires/ Let not light see my black and deep desires" (I, iv, 51-52). But at this point of the play Macbeth does have the conscience of what is evil and what is good. He knows that murdering Duncan will be an act of dishonor and for a moment he will give up thinking of his ambitious thoughts. But the process of committing the murder will be long: the very thought of the deed horrifies him and, in order to succeed, Lady Macbeth will support him and give him the courage to act. He will dare to "do all that may become a man" (I, vii, 46). Now he is strong enough to achieve the deed though his fear accompanies all the way, disguised in the form of a bloody dagger which in fact leads him to Duncan's chamber. He is so terrified after committing his first crime that Lady Macbeth has to finish the plan leaving the daggers to the grooms because he cannot come back to the crime scene. Now that the deed is "done", that battle between his soul and his ambition has begun. Little by little he will lose the fear that overtakes him but at the same time, Macbeth will lose the conscience of his actions. Killing Duncan will lead him to his death. In fact I presume that with Duncan's death, Macbeth has died too. Macbeth has lost the courtly values he had before Duncan's murder and also has realized the evil he can command in his heart. "False face must hide what the false heart doth know" (I, vii, 82). He is a step forward of losing his manhood. The process of this first crime is almost finished, his fears have already been controlled, and his conscience almost overpowered. Years go by and Macbeth, now the King of Scotland, will continue with his second crime. Willard Farnham, in his book, says about the process between the first and the second murder: "The quality of Macbeth's recovery from the breakdown after the murder of Duncan is indicated by his ability to form a plot for the assassination of Banquo and Fleance without the spiritual support of Lady Macbeth." The importance is stressed on Macbeth's present and anything from the past or the future which obscures that present must be erased. Banquo is his next victim, who reminds him that past in which the witches prophecies declare that he "shalt get kings, though thou be none" (I, iii, 66); and threats his future as a king. At this point, Macbeth knows the sufferings he had to endure while murdering Duncan with his own hands. This time without the intellectual support of Lady Macbeth, he will give orders to murder Banquo and his son, so that his hands will not be tainted with blood again. But his fear remains with him, though he does not hesitate killing them. His fear will appear this time after the deed with the apparition of the ghost of Banquo at the banquet. The ghost reminds him his guilt and his punishment will rise to the surface by means of his not-so-well-dominated fear. But Macbeth has proved to himself that no matter how great his fear is, he can control it and in only one scene he will confront this new proof of strength, almost killing the conscience of his past and present deeds. Now the ghost of Banquo and Macbeth will battle for recognition of their soul, even when Macbeth is no longer a living man. Farnham says in this regard: "As Macbeth is put to the test by the ghost of Banquo, we realize that between his first and second crime he has grown greatly in criminal fortitude and that now, having recovered

Writing a Sample Essay on George Washington
Writing a Sample Essay on George WashingtonYou can use a sample essay on George Washington to teach students how to analyze issues and to understand the basic methods of politics. And because you've used these passages from the essay to back up your ideas, they are certain to become the foundation for your study of Washington's life. No other passage can offer such a combination of rhetorical facts and persuasive statements. Students who appreciate the importance of Washington's use of rhetoric will have trouble saying no to a class study in this essay.Able to explain your arguments is the only way to reach students who might not want to understand what they have read. So you want to be able to make your points in the clearest possible way. Here's how to do it.The first thing you need to do is see what the essay is about. If you've been careful to make sure the examples of writing that you've used are of a high quality, this will help you narrow down your essay topics. If you've read through the entire essay and found no examples of the points you're making, don't be discouraged. In fact, you can rest assured that this one part of the assignment won't be very difficult. If you've used a sample sentence, find out what sentence it ends with; this will help you establish the tone of the entire essay. If you've made a mistake, fix it, or, if you've been very careful, you can assume that it won't happen again. Finally, you should be able to tell what theme the essay is dealing with. You can do this by referring to a page where a list of subjects is given and then finding the essay and reading it through. What themes are discussed? War is not the way
War is not the way Our country is currently at war and has been in this particular war for seven years. This fact has affected every citizen in the United States, some more than others, but none more than the Military families. Like me, many spouses, family members, and friends of American soldiers anxiously await their loved ones return and the end of this war. Some people believe that war is a necessary occurrence that must take place every so often to maintain a balance among the world or in other words to help create peace. Many other people know that war cannot create peace because these two ideas are completely opposite. To fully understand this concept the search must start at the beginning. In the beginning there was religion; in the end there is prosecution. Where do we draw the fine line or the great divide? We are a country founded on the belief of a god who states "thou shall not kill" and in this who are we to decide whether a man should live or die?In this country that we have come to call our own we have the right to choose what our beliefs are and the right to worship that belief without fear of discrimination.Martin Luther King leaning on a lectern. Deutsch: ...Given that right, it is only fair to respect the fundamental religion that formed this country, whether or not it is a religion you have chosen.Unfortunately, in this day and age, the unique idea that formed this country has not only been over looked, but more importantly over ruled. For a country that was founded on Christianity, it is ironic that a person can be frowned upon and ridiculed for publicly opinionating this belief, yet in an awkward twist an alternate belief is formally accepted. On the other end of the spectrum this...

Two Methods for Supercooling Water
Two Methods for Supercooling Water You can cool water below its stated freezing point and then crystallize it into ice on command. This is known as supercooling. Here are step-by-step instructions for supercooling water at home. Method #1 The simplest way to supercool water is to chill it in the freezer. Place an unopened bottle of distilled or purified water (e.g., with reverse osmosis) in the freezer. Mineral water or tap water will not supercool very well because they contain impurities that can lower the freezing point of the water or else serve as nucleation sites for crystallization.Allow the bottle of water to chill, undisturbed, for about 2-1/2 hours. The exact time needed to supercool the water varies depending on the temperature of your freezer. One way to tell your water is supercooled is to put a bottle of tap water (impure water) into the freezer with the bottle of pure water. When the tap water freezes, the pure water is supercooled. If the pure water also freezes, you either waited too long, somehow disturbed the container, or else the water was insufficiently pure.Carefully remove the supercooled water from the freezer. You can initiate crystallization into ice in several different ways. Two of the most entertaining ways to cause the water to freeze are to shake the bo ttle or to open the bottle and pour the water onto a piece of ice. In the latter case, the water will often freeze backward from the ice cube back into the bottle. Method #2 If you dont have a couple of hours, there is a quicker way to supercool water. Pour about 2 tablespoons of distilled or purified water into a very clean glass.Place the glass in a bowl of ice such that the level of the ice is higher than the level of water in the glass. Avoid spilling any ice into the glass of water.Sprinkle a couple of tablespoons of salt onto the ice. Do not get any of the salt in the glass of water.Allow about 15 minutes for the water to cool below freezing. Alternatively, you can insert a thermometer into the glass of water. When the temperature of the water is below freezing, the water has been supercooled. You can make the water freeze by pouring it over a piece of ice or by dropping a small piece of ice into the glass.

The Day Education Came to Life Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 750 words
The Day Education Came to Life - Essay Example The experience which impacted my education was the graduation ceremony of my older sister from Texas A & M University. I got an opportunity to spend week on the university campus along with my sister, prior to the graduation ceremony. I was studying in a high school during that period and was not much interested in education. Like many of my friends, I took education lightly and gave more importance to other curriculum activities like playing, singing, dancing etc during that period. I spent lengthy hours in front of the computers, chatting with my friends with the help of social networks such as Facebook at that time. Majority of the home assignments provided by the teachers rested in my study table as unattended. The deadlines of many of those assignments were passed and I showed fewer interests in completing those things because of my lack of interests in education. I did consider education as a burden during my school studies. I thought that the society and family are trying to i mpose an unnecessary burden upon the children in the form of education. Since, I never felt any financial problems in my home, I failed to realise the importance of education in shaping the career of a person, at that time. A & M is the oldest institution in Texas for higher education. More than 50000 students from different parts of the world are studying at present in this university campus. The university campus spreads across 5200 acres of land at present even though it was started in humble manner in 1871. In 1960ââ¬â¢s it underwent huge expansion programs and the present infrastructure of this university is developed as a result of that expansion programs. ââ¬Å"The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum opened in 1997 on West Campus, making Texas A&M one of only a few universities to host a presidential library on their campusâ⬠(Texas A&M). In short, Texas A & M has huge tradition, better infrastructure and a beautiful landscape which attracted me very much. It should be noted that I never came across with a college campus until that time and this experience made huge changes in my way of thinking about education. The preparations and the enthusiasms displayed by the campus authorities and the college students for the graduation ceremony attracted me very much during my stay at Texas A & M. The University campus was decorated beautifully for the ceremony. One could clearly realize the importance given to the graduation ceremony by the authorities from these decorations and the special clothing provided to the students who successfully completed their graduation. I have witnessed many of the successful graduates including my sister receiving their graduation certificate from a dignitary. Before the presenting the certificates, some of the dignitaries present on the occasion, delivered some concise lectures to make the students aware of the importance of education and graduation certificates. One of the dignitaries has told the audience tha t the most precious thing in this universe is education rather than anything else. He has pointed out that the basic necessities of human include education also along with food, air, shelter and clothing. He has pointed out that education helps people to attain majority of the basic necessities of human life. He has also mentioned that education leads a person from the darker sides of the world to the brighter sides of the wo

Exploring the Bible Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 750 words
Exploring the Bible - Essay Example Exodus 3 depicts that God drew the attention of Moses out of the middle of the bush and calls him with name Moses. It can be stated from the above statement that God is aware of the name of every individual. Moreover, God said, ââ¬Å"I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacobâ⬠. It can be postulated from the Exodus 3 that Moses was afraid to explore the God and obscured his face (BibleGateway.com, ââ¬Å"Exodus 3 (American Standard Version)â⬠). From Exodus 3 Godââ¬â¢s ability to observe the affliction and misery of His people can be reflected upon. Furthermore, the Exodus reveals the Godââ¬â¢s inclination to save people from the Egyptians and bring them to a virtuous and broad land. Accordingly, it can be reflected that God is aware of the hardship and pain suffered by the people and He is firmly determined to eliminate those sufferings and to provide relief to them from the burden of affliction. God intends to take His people to virtuous land which has been described as ââ¬Å"land flowing with milk and honeyâ⬠(BibleGateway.com, ââ¬Å"Exodus 3 (American Standard Version)â⬠. God said to Moses, He would take them to the dwelling of ââ¬Å"the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusitesâ⬠(BibleGateway.com, ââ¬Å"Exodus 3 (American Standard Version)â⬠. The God reveals His concern against the oppression experienced by Israelites. From the above passage, th e Godââ¬â¢s nature can be identified to be extremely patient, merciful and sovereign over all the facets (BibleGateway.com, ââ¬Å"Exodus 3 (American Standard Version)â⬠; Peopleââ¬â¢s Church Partington, ââ¬Å"EXODUS 3 ââ¬â 4:17â⬠). In this regard, God can be identified to be patient as He being aware of the sufferings of His people and His invincible power to relief His people at a single instance, does not haste in His action to bring His people out of the oppression by Egyptians. Moreover, nature of God can be termed as merciful because He is concerned about the hardship and affliction of His people. Last but not the least, God can be considered as sovereign over all the facets as He has the power to perform any action without any fear or objection. 2. ACCORDING TO THIS SECTION OF EXODUS (ESPECIALLY CHAPTERS 5-12), WHY DOES GOD BRING THE VARIOUS ââ¬Å"PLAGUESâ⬠UPON THE EGYPTIANS? CITE SPECIFIC PASSAGES THAT EXPLAIN THE PURPOSE FOR THESE PLAGUES (TAKEN T OGETHER). ACCORDING TO THE BIBLICAL AUTHOR, DO THE PLAGUES ACCOMPLISH THEIR PURPOSES? WHY OR WHY NOT? FINALLY, DEVELOP A RESPONSE: WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THIS? When Moses and Aaron departed to Pharaoh of Egypt and said that the God of Israel has said to release the Israelites so that they are able to hold veneration to God in the wilderness then Pharaoh denies and said, ââ¬Å"who is the Lord and why should I obey himâ⬠(BibleGateway.com, ââ¬Å"Exodus 3 (American Standard Version)â⬠; Peopleââ¬â¢s Church Partington, ââ¬Å"EXODUS 3 ââ¬â 4:17â⬠). Pharaoh further declared that he does not know the God and he would not allow the people belonging to Israel to go. On hearing this, Moses returned to the God and said, ââ¬Å"
